CONNSACS staff members Beth Hamilton and Elise Delacruz and our partners from the Connecticut Department of Public Health traveled to Atlanta in May to participate in an intensive two-day Evaluation Institute, hosted by Safe States and the American Public Health Association. The Connecticut Evaluation Team, which was one of six national teams chosen, learned more about programmatic evaluations, and worked to develop a new evaluation plan for our statewide Where Do You Stand? Connecticut prevention campaign. The Team will continue to work with Safe States to develop the evaluation plan over the next several months and will work with our member programs to implement the final plan.
