April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). Every April, communities come together to focus on sexual violence prevention and education.
Join us each April—and all year long—as we raise awareness, advocate for victims and survivors, educate for prevention, and show communities how to support those who are affected by sexual violence.
SAAM Themes
Each year, the National Sexual Violence Resource Center chooses a campaign theme for SAAM. This theme guides discussions and activities throughout the month.

- Sexual Assault Awareness Month 2022: Building Safe Online Spaces
