Eligibility: Primary survivors, ages 18+
Meeting Format: Virtual, drop-in, open support group that accepts new participants on a rolling basis.
When: Wednesdays, 5–6 p.m.
Description: This group is open at no cost to primary survivors ages 18+. It offers a safe place to share personal experiences, feelings, and coping strategies. It is well-suited for easing trauma survivors’ emotional stress, including feelings of isolation, loneliness, depression, helplessness, and hopelessness. This is an open group. New members can join at any time. An intake and screening with the group facilitator are required before participation.
