Our team can provide legal information about victims’ rights, options, and processes, legal resources or referrals, or legal representation. Please note that VRCCT currently has limited capacity to offer full representation in educational/Title IX matters, employment/Commission on Human Rights & Opportunities (CHRO) matters, and immigration matters, but it may be able to offer other legal assistance.

Our intake and referral process takes approximately two weeks for our team to properly assess the case and determine whether we can provide full or partial representation. If your inquiry is urgent, please indicate that the matter is time sensitive on the form and include the date of any upcoming scheduled events.
